Twenty years ago, I started my journey in the heating industry with a toolbox, determination, and a desire to help people.
Since then, technology has changed dramatically. Boilers have become smarter, controls more advanced, and renewable heating systems have become increasingly common. Yet one thing has never changed: the satisfaction of solving problems and helping customers.
Every day brings a new challenge. One day it’s a complex boiler fault. The next it’s helping a family restore their heating and hot water or advising a homeowner on the best long term solution for their property.
What I enjoy most is diagnosis. Anyone can replace parts. The real skill is understanding why a system has failed in the first place. Over the years, I have learned that the symptom is often not the fault. Finding the root cause and delivering the correct solution is what makes this profession so rewarding.
I am also grateful for the trust customers place in me. Many homeowners who first contacted me years ago still call today. That trust is something I value deeply.
After more than two decades, I still enjoy learning, still enjoy helping people, and still enjoy solving difficult problems.
